Terms and Conditions 

  • Alltax Consulting Group is a registered Tax Agent and utilizes a third party to provide the refund up front.
  • The 24 Hours Services, will be counting from the time that Alltax Consulting Group receives all signed document and its satisfied with the applicant identity and that the tax return it’s not fraudulent.
  • Alltax Consulting Group will have to verify if the Applicant holds any debt with centrelink, child support, or any other Commonwealth Welfare agency that can potentially affect the amount of the tax refund.
  • If a debt is identified, regardless that can potentially affect the outcome of the  tax refund or not, the upfront refund will only be paid based on the net amount (tax refund – debt = net amount)
  • The Applicant must provide a Driver’s License or Passport in order to have a successful application.
  • Alltax Consulting Group, reserves the right to contact the employer to verify the supplied information by the Applicant.
  • The 24 hours payment, is processed by a cash deposit into the following banks:
    • Commonwelth
    • ANZ
    • St George
    • NAB
  • Any other bank, the refund will be processed by a bank transfer which can take up to 48 hours to be cleared.
  • If your signed application is received on Friday after 12:00 pm, your application will be considered to be received on a Monday, and we will have 24 hours to process payment.
  • We have the right to refuse to process the 24 hours payment to any Applicant without reason.
  • The upfront fee charged is of 11.99% for normal processing time return (electronic Lodgement Service) and 20% for Early Assessment applications.
